Cancellation Policy

Speaking & Hosting Engagement Policy Tatayana Griffith | The TG Brand Thank you for your interest in booking Tatayana Griffith for speaking or hosting engagements. Please review the following policies carefully. Booking confirmation constitutes agreement to all terms below. Booking, Preparation & Payment Full payment is required upfront to secure all speaking or hosting services. No dates are confirmed or held until payment has been received in full. Once payment is submitted and booking is confirmed, work begins immediately. This includes, but is not limited to: Event preparation and planning Content development and customization Time, strategy, prayer, and creative energy invested in alignment with the event Because preparation begins upon booking, payment is non-refundable under any circumstance. Fees & Scope of Work All speaking and hosting fees are non-negotiable once agreed upon. Fees are based on the nature of the event, preparation required, duration, audience size, and location. Any requests outside of the original agreed scope must be approved and paid in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling All payments are non-refundable, as preparation time and work have already been completed or initiated. One courtesy reschedule may be granted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in full forfeiture of payment with no exceptions. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to provide all event details, timelines, themes, and expectations no later than 7 days prior to the event. Delays, lack of communication, or changes made by the client do not alter payment terms or preparation already completed. Professional Boundaries Tatayana Griffith reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if the environment becomes unsafe, unprofessional, or misaligned with values. In such cases, payment remains non-refundable due to work already performed. Media & Promotional Use By booking, the client grants permission for photos, videos, and content captured during the engagement to be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Agreement By submitting payment and confirming booking, the client acknowledges that significant preparation and work are completed prior to the event and agrees to all policies stated above.
